About our Pressure Treated Solid Wood Products:
This item is made from pressure treated wood. The wood may show signs of the remedy upon delivery. A Green tint and or signs of crystallisation (green or black specks) on the surface of wood is also evident. This is normal and will clear with use and exposure to the elements over the years. Pressure Treated products will have to not be treated with any other remedy product for the first 3-6 months. Please note that Wood is a natural product and splits and cracks is also present on delivery or will appear over the years. This is as a result of changes in temperature and humidity causing the timber to expand and contract. This is to be expected and is normal and isn’t a cause for concern. This will not have an effect on the strength or durability of your timber product.
