About our Pressure Treated Solid Wood Products:
This item is made from pressure treated wood. The wood may show signs of the remedy upon delivery. A Green tint and or signs of crystallisation (green or black specks) on the surface of wood may be evident. This is normal and will clear with use and exposure to the elements through the years. Pressure Treated products must not be treated with any other remedy product for the first 3-6 months. Please note that Wood is a natural product and splits and cracks may be present on delivery or will appear through the years. This is because of changes in temperature and humidity causing the timber to expand and contract. This is to be expected and is normal and is not a cause for concern. This will not have an effect on the strength or durability of your timber product.
